We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of organic fabrics for curtains and blinds. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in their original condition
• Not be damaged, altered, or used
• Include all original packaging and tags
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Custom Orders

Custom-made curtains and blinds are made specifically to your measurements and specifications. These items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@protectionvariet.world or call +1 (207) 458-1480 to request a return authorization
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
